Logging In to Free PC Help Forum Has Changed

I keep on getting a low memory message each time I open a specific game(Warface)? Help?!

I downloaded the game Warface by Cryptek to play but when I run it I get a popup from my computer saying I'm running low on memory. This popup only appears when I run the game. I am pretty sure it is a memory leak but have no clue how to fix it. I can ignore the popup and continue playing but I am worried I might break my computer. I checked my task manager and it says I have 1.9 GB in use and 3.9 GB Available. My PC is fairly new. I've only had it for about 5 months. Here is a picture of the popup:
