Locked out of Administrator

Please, this is where I beg and plead for help.

 

I have an Acer Aspire V5 running 8.1 (up to date)

 

I downloaded "Popcorn Time" this morning and then turned off the laptop. A few hours later I turned it back on and it will not accept my password (4 digits) and then I tried to log on using my Microsoft login and that was not accepted.

 

I tried to log in to this site for help and it also would not take my password and login. I had to create a new account to be able to post here.

 

I can open only the Guess Account, and of course, I can not do any reset or recovery from there because of no administrator privileges.

 

I can not do a system recovery, or any type of reset. I can not start in safe mode. When I try to do anything it asks me for my password which it will not accept.

 

There is one very important document in "my documents" that I do not want to loose if at all possible, but I cannot access "my documents" from the guess account.

 

I have tried everything I can think of for about 2 hours now, without any success.

 

PLEASE.....somebody help me.
