access denied on major websitem (Google, YouTube, facebook, etc)?

For about 3 months I was not able to use google , YouTube, or any other major site because my friend downloaded a game for me. I tried removing and deleteing any files that correspond with said game and nothings working. Norton cannot even find the problem. Any ideas?
