Guest Blessing Dominic Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 Dear Ma/Sir, i have a Acer Aspire V5 which i just bought its been running perfectly until yesterday i noticed that an error message (driver irql less than equal) will just pop up and the system will restart. so when i googled the error message i saw a few option that talked about identifying a driver or software that may be causing the restart, so i downloaded Blue Screen. when i ran the crash analysis using blue screen viewer, i saw CI.dll+1101b67, ntoskrnl.exe+7b340, ndis.sys+33b67, pdc.sys+cfbb67 on the Caused By Driver column.
