My first comment is that when you click for LIVE HELP, it tells you that you have to go to the community. Microsoft lies again..

Now, When I run Windows Updates, I get an error on "Security update for Microsoft Silverlight KB2932677" (Code 64C). It has been failing for many weeks. I ran the automated trouble shooter and I got three not fixed, one detected and two fixed (which show up as "fixed" time after time when I re-run the trouble shooter. Lack of confidence in that "Fixed".)

Not fixed:

"Windows Update Error 0x80070005 (2014-06-27-T-02,12,52P)"

"Problems installing recent updates"

"Problems installing recent updates"

Detected:

"Check for missing or corrupt files"

Fixed, and fixed, and fixed....

"Some security settings are missing or have been changed"

"Service registration is missing or corrupt."

I would be happy uninstalling and re-installing Silverlight if that was possible.

Help please
