windows life mail is stuck

hello -

 

my windows life mail got stuck in "sending message" executing

 

and "0 of 1 completed"

 

i closed and open, restarted the PC - but the programm stays stuck.

 

all ways to open it, only show me the window of "sending message..."

i can not open the mailprogram anymore.....
