upload e-mail page to f'book

I've asked this question before and had one part of question answered but not the main one, i think this problem would be simple but that doesn't seem to be the case.............i have an e-mail..........................there's a short poem in the e-mail..............................i would like to place this poem on my f'book timeline...........................and i am unable to do this..............the only way i have been able to do this is take a screenprint and save it as a file in paint and then upload to f'book but sometimes the page is too large and by the time i shrink it down while it is in it's e-mail form it's too small to read when i post it on f'book...........WHILE I HAVE IT AS AN E-MAIL i try to leave the cursor on the e-mail page and save it as a file,............ it has only two options for file type HTML or WEBPAGE COMPLETE.............it will NOT ALLOW ME to save it as an jpeg ot the other picture formats, there is ............................NO.....................................options to save it as these types of files......................................when i try to upload to f'book it will not upload, it says it is not in proper jpeg or other picture format......the answers i have gotten before are to save it as a file, I CAN'T!........not in a format that f'book will allow.......................does anyone know how to take a simple page from e-mail and post it to facebook..............sorry but am soooooooo frustrated............
