Somehow I accessed a site that loaded a redirect virus on my MS laptops.

I get a "Tuvaro" Bing site when I open Internet Explorer.

I have tried several ways to delete it.

Safe mode

Regedit

CCleaner

What is the Official way to get rid of this issue?
