Packages & .exe problems

Hi,

 

I recently installed Fedora but I'm having a few issues with it.

 

The Gdebi Package Installer isn't available in the software center at all. I'm not sure if that's because .deb packages don't work at all on Fedora, but if they do where else but the software center could I get Gdebi Package Installer?

 

Also, I can't open .exe's whatsoever, with or without Wine. I do have the application and the option to open it with Wine, but when I do nothing happens. It just loads for a second and then... nothing.

 

If anybody could help me out with these two problems I'd really appreciated. I'm not that great with computers so please be patient with me!
