Windows BSOD BAD_POOL_CALLER and BAD_POOL_HEADER

Hi, since the past month or so, my computer has been crashing with Bluescreens. Most of the time it's BAD_POOL_CALLER, but can also be BAD_POOL_HEADER.

 

I don't understand what is going on. I tried uninstalling some software that I thought would be the case, but that didn't work. My drivers seem fine. I just cleaned my computer of any viruses and malware too. I can't seem to find the source of the issue. Any help or information is appreciated.
