Formatting laptop with Genuine windows from USB flash drive !!!

Hi,

 

 

I recently bought a 2nd hand laptop with pre-installed apps and operating system. Windows was not genuine and now I am left with endless problems of working on the laptop. Can someone please guide me on how to:

 

 

- format my laptop

 

- re-install GENUINE windows 7

 

- re-install MS office apps (i.e Word, Excel, Outlook) AND

 

- anti-virus software

 

 

I DON'T HAVE ANY LICENCE KEYS FOR ANY SOFTWARE, SO PLEASE ADVISE ME WHERE TO GET FREE OPERATING AND APPLICATION SOFTWARE.

 

 

I know this is a huge ask, but any step-by-step assistance will be greatly appreciated.
