Guest Elliott 0 Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 I was trying to end the process sidebar.exe while downloading some AMD drivers because it was taking up 50k memory. I thought it was limited to just bing bar which I never use. Turns out its linked to a bunch of programs I use like GPU monitor, Avast Antivirus, daemon tools, etc. So when I tried to manually start a new program and run sidebar.exe through task manager it refreshed the screen and I'm at a much lower resolution than before. I tried restarting the computer and configuring my HDMI cable and nothing worked. When I go to change the resolution in Control Panel it still says I'm at 1920x1080 but I know for a fact that is not the case. how do I fix this? Continue reading... Quote
