How to get rid of 'SafeErweb' and 'EasyLife App'?

It seems that my Microsoft Security essentials has let the afor mentioned applications on to my laptop. It can only have come from a Mozilla Firefox update, the only thing to arrive since it appeared. Deleted and reloaded Firefox but one file 'SafeErweb' does not Uninstall on request....it just sits there! Easylife App keeps popping Ads across my computer and can't find any files anywhere to find and delete it except 'SafeErweb'.

Are these linked and how to I banish them from my stuff?....HELP!
