How to set up backup schedule for personal files, documents, Pictures, outlook emails ect

Hi,

 

 

We are using some computers in XP and some in windows 7. I want to set up a back up schedule to keep a duplicate copy of our files including outlook emails which are stored in different folder. How I can create scheduled backup

 

Please advise it would be appreciate
