Neither my Bluetooth headphone nor Iphone connects to my Windows 8 pro??

I have just bought a Sony DR-BTN200 headphone but apparently my computer cannot detect the device.

 

The headphone connects perfectly fine with my Iphone 4S but not the computer.

 

I also tried to connect my Iphone 4S with the computer and again, the computer could not detect it.

 

 

I looked at my Device manager and found on bluetooth section: "Intel® Centrino® Wireless Bluetooth® 3.0 + high speed Adapter" and "Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator". Both are up to date.

 

Sharing is on and bluetooth is on, yet my computer cannot detect anything.

 

 

My computer is Dell Inspiron N311z.

 

My OS is Windows 8 pro 32-bit (6.2, Build 9200).

 

 

Please Help! I am really upset :(
