I have Dell Inspiron Computer. I cannot use any of my Windows Media, Pictures, Music, etc. and I cannot access content in any of my libraries. Diagnostics tell me that these are corrupted and I cannot get into them in any way. Can you help? All ofthese are unobtainable and I cannot update Windows as well, I get error message 80070103 when I try.
