How do I Manualy uninstall Microsoft Securities

Am not able to uninstall Microsoft Securities and wish to learn how do do this in command prompt. Also in Program Files it is under the folder "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Client".

 

 

This seems to be my only option due to the loss of a file at "c:\3500c7682413860b01d29d7962c4\amd64\".

 

Then an Error code:0x8007064C is my uninstall error.

 

 

Help Would be greatly appreciated, Thank You.
