How do I remove sweet page from my computer and browsers?

How do I remove sweet page from my computer and browsers? After restarting of tne system it will set as a homepage in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and IE. Whem I click icon "home" the set homepage is displayed correctly. But after restart again sweet page is opened.
