Guest Lightvader Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Ok, i tried booting into windows this morning, and it kept getting stuck on the splash screen . It also gets stuck on the splash screen with all the options from the save boot menu. So i started debian via my usb, and tried fsck and ntfsfix. Both failed me. So i tried gparted,tried checking my disk. Here is the report. (can't parse it because this is my first post) lightvaderpersonalstorage.xtgem.com/gparted_details.htm I can access the disk on linux, but i or my mom uses windows daily. So i would like to fix the filesystem. I also cannot format it, because i do not have the windows cd anymore. What to do now? Does linux have any tricks up its sleeve i do not know about?
