Calling all Unity developers – whether you are coming to Seattle for Unite 2014, the annual event for Unity developers, or have a Unity game and need some hands-on porting support, we hope you will join us for our pre-Unite event, Unity game porting lab! The lab will be Aug. 19, 2014 8:30am- 8:00pm, at the Westin Seattle. A team of Microsoft experts will be available to help you quickly get started with porting your Unity games to Windows and Windows Phone.

The lab will include the following, plus much more:

  • Discussion of why Unity developers who have not already, should publish Windows Store and Windows Phone apps
  • Share platform details, with specialists ready to answer questions and provide technical expertise to help jumpstart your porting.
  • A variety of test devices available to speed-up and optimize game debugging and testing efforts
  • Speakers who will share key monetization tips and tricks to help you reach millions of new customers through the Windows and Windows Phone platform

Attendees will be eligible to receive a Windows Phone device upon successfully porting their Unity game, and will also be entered into a special prize drawing for a chance to win a Surface tablet device.
