Nothing is responding

Hello guys ,

 

I have a problem with my windows , everything was working perfect and one day when i opened my pc * operating system windows 7 * i got a black screen. I was waiting and nothing happened , then i format and downgraded to windows xp . Now it opens and i can see my desktop . The proble is that my pc oos very slow and i cant install anything because when i try , nothing is responding and the pc freezes .

 

 

 

 

 

System Specs:

 

Windows XP 32-bit

 

2GB RAM

 

CPU : Intel Core Duo 1.86 Ghz

 

My system temperatures are ok and i can surf to the internet but when i try to surf and install something together it doesnt respond ( that wasnt happening before that day :P ) HELP !!! I think my ram give it up :P
