Windows tablet Failure configuring Windows updates, reverting changes

I have a new tablet, the first time I did an update it failed, and after reboot all I get is a screen with "windows tablet Failure configuring Windows updates, reverting changes".

 

I have left it running for a day and nothing happened, so it is obviously screwed.

 

 

If this was a PC I would know what to do, but as it is a tablet I have no keyboard, so no way to go into any boot menu or press any keys, I have no CD ROM to boot from etc..

 

What can I do to fix this ?
