loading script "D:\bin.doc" failed (The device is not ready)

Hello everybody,

 

 

 

Every startup of my windows 8 toshiba satellite C850D-11C, I get a poppup saying :

 

 

 

Windows script host:

 

 

loading script "D:\bin.doc" failed (The device is not ready)

 

 

By the way, the D drive in my computer is the cd/dvd player.

 

it doesn't work fine, when I insert some Dvds, it shows empty while not.

 

I can turn off this tab from showing up everytime but I want to fix this problem.
