Where can I find the documentation that explains LS_COLORS variables?

Some of them are obvious:

Still a lot of them are a mystery:

rs - ???

mh - ???

or - ???

su - ???

sg - ???

ca - ???

tw - ???

ow - ???

st - ???

I would like to define my preferred color scheme in .bashrc, but I do not understand the meaning of all these variables. Can someone help me to fill the gaps?
