Automated way to copy and paste messages to notepad

Basically, I receive poker hand histories for each hand by email and I have to manually copy and paste them to notepad where I can then read them into a software program. Is there any way you can do this automatically? I currently have the emails sent to hotmail but I can get them sent to outlook if that's more flexible.
