How to move contacts email list to a portable media?

Original title: sending contact list

 

 

Can someone please tell me how to I send my contacts email list to a portable media (USB or disk) so I can put it into a new computer? Or as a second alternative, how to print it? I have a (traveldrive backup device but it does not save emails/contacts etc.) Thanks
