update for windows 7 for x64 based systems (KB2800095) - will not update

I have seen this before in the forums but cannot locate any actual fix.

 

 

I originally started with 6 updates that would not install but narrowed this down to just one after doing manual updates for each one. This particular update (KB2800095) just fails to take.

 

 

I am running a Gigabyte PC with Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1.

 

 

Below is a screen shot that might help in providing me with a fix.
