when i start my internet connection. my chrome sometimes open in two tab with black screen. then i closed and reopen the google chrome.it start currectly.i think that my computer is hacked

 

pls tell me how can i remove hacking.

 

 

it is possible to remove hacking by formating of whole computer ?
