Bluetooth problems on Windows 8

I am using Asus VivoBook Win. 8

and I am having a problemin the activation ofbluetooth.whenItried toactivate it,alwayssays"can notturn onbluetooth"andIdo notknow what causes it.

until I tried to open "programs and features" by clicking on the "Windows key + X"

there to inadvertently application "Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth suite 64" uninstalled.

and now I have not written "bluetooth" in settings again. please help me fix it soon.
