"Sorry, your computer encountered an error and needs to restart. We're just collecting some...

Hi so I just recently bought a new computer and out of no where it has been running into some really annoying errors. This has happened three times, I can't figure out a reason yet, as far as I know it occurs randomly. Some times I will boot up my computer and it will just go to the windows icon, the loading circle will not appear. If I leave it running it still will remain frozen. After a few restarts it says "preparing automatic repair" yet is still frozen. This has happened 3 times.

The first time I popped in the recovery CD no problem, used a system restore, it was all good.

The second time it actually had a cause, our power went out and my pc was in use, so possibly it could have ruined a circuit. So I put the CD back it, it wouldn't recognize it and if it did, it would just freeze and not do anything. I tried F12, F1, and F8: it didn't even recognize these keys or at least react to me pressing them.

After a few restarts I miraculously got it to recognize the CD and this time I did a System Refresh.

This lead me to think it could be some of my files/programs, but I'm still working on gaining them all back after the refresh so I feel it is unlikely that. 3rd time: Again this happened when I turned it on after a normal shut down. It wouldn't recognize the cd or any of the keys. But weirdly enough after maybe 15 retries it was all okay? I also noticed if my Wacom Intuos 5 tablet is plugged it won't boot but if I unplug it, it boots fine. (Driver error?)

All this is fine and dandy, I can deal with it but not until recently that error in the title showed up. I noticed it normally happens when the computer is in sleep mode or the monitor turns off because it is idle. If I move the mouse to bring back on the monitor, it is just a solid bright blue then the following message: "Sorry, your computer encountered an error and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you" appears and it shuts down. Every time this happens It starts up just fine, it just gets annoying of it encountering this error every time I use it. I've tried doing system recoveries but it hasn't helped. I may just do a reset or refresh but again I don't want to put that effort and files to waste if the error is still going to happen. I'm unsure if it is a hardware error, perhaps heating? But I'm not all experienced in these things. As I said, this computer is fairly new, maybe 2 months old, so maybe I might just put its warranty policy to use. But if you can think of any way to help, that would be great thank you!
