Windows 8 computer problems loading up

I have a hp pavilion 23 with windows 8 and it will power on but not go to the start screen. It try's to repair itself but cannot. It gives me the options of restarting the computer or advanced options. If you restart the computer it just begins trying to repair itself but still cannot. The only thing I can think of is it has a bad driver or something because it comes up with a code that has a meaning for driver C. However I do not know how to fix this and it will not reset back to factory settings or repair itself, there is something that's preventing it. It tries to repair and fails over and over again.

 

 

 

As of now the computer is completely uses less because I can access nothing on the computer files etc.

 

 

Any help to get it back to operating condition would be very appreciated.
