Unable to launch the Windows Store App

I updated my windows to window 8.1, everything work perfectly fine including the Windows Store. However, till this few weeks I just could not access the windows store, it just bring me to the green screen with the windows logo at the back and it just keep on spinning. I REALLY NEED SOME HELP, IT REALLY BOTHER ME AS I COULD NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING! any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

 

 

NOTE:

 

I have try using the command prompt solution and it didn't work.
