how can i get rid of survey genie? (Windows 7)

I am constantly prompted to participate in a survey for many websites that I visit. The program is Survey Genie. I cannot delete this from my computer as I cant locate it in programs or cookies. Any advice on how to get rid of this would be appreciated.
