[HELP] Can't start DHCP service on Cent Os

Hi all, can you guys help me with problems with dhcp services on Cent Os.

I'm trying to configure DHCP server to 3 scope and configure a DHCP relay agent in router like sheme below.

But not yet talk about DHCP relay agent. When i start dhcpd service on DHCP server it fail. So below those are my configure file and log file. Please help me out with this
