Completely stuck (failed configuring updates loop)

Im at a point now where i have no idea what to do anymore. Ive had to reset the computer so many times now.

 

 

I bought a laptop, which the person formatted before i got it. Started up fine, I saw there were 107 available updates, so i started em up. Ages later, it starts doing the reversing, which never finishes.. So I'm stuck at the loop, and nothing i try works, except formatting the hdd and trying again. Ive then tried installing one or two at a time, but it still happens.. And theres 107 updates.. no way i can ever work my way through them manually...

 

 

 

Tried so many things, I tried to install windows 7, but just can't... Im getting errors with every attempt i make, this is sooooo frustrating :-(
