Light Green Box Upper right of Screen

I get a light green box with different number & letter combinations up on the top right side of my screen. Example; 93bmbsgx4 or pwpaxv587. I have Windows 8.1 and browser is Internet Explorer.

 

How do I remove? Should I be concerned about malware/virus? Thank You
