Win32/Lectepex.B keeps returning, even after using Safety Scanner

Trojan Win32/Lectepex.B continues to return to my System. Windows Update has Automatically Downloaded this Months Updates, I have used the Windows Safety Scanner too, they both say it has removed it, but next day when I use the Quick Scan on Windows Security Essentials, it comes back. I have no other Security/Spyware other than Windows security Essentials. I have not had any reports as to this Trojan activating anything, but want it removed ..... Anyone any Ideas ...
