Window XP problem

I hope this is the right forum. Ineed to continue operating my Windows XP Pro 64 bit SATA system. The operating system is corrupted and needs replacing. I have tried all possible ways to solve this problem wilh negative results. Unfortunately, my reinstall disk is damaged (cracked). I need to get a replacement disk or download, as I do have the product key. I am a retired vet with access to a large veteran base, I have queried many vets, but no one has an XP Pro 64 bit SATA operation. Please help. Thanks in advance for any help.
