Constant Error Message at Log in.

For sometime now I get this long error message, It shows up every time when I get to my desktop screen/ it's there!

 

"ordinal 459 not located in the dynamic link library... Urlmon.dll... supportsoftdsc.exe...avgui.exe-Bad Image!

 

Please help, what does this mean?.
