computer has a system 32 error

Hi,

 

 

When I start my computer it is s compaq, it shows there is a system 32 error, I have tried to fix the error using various pages in this site, however the final is that when I go into command prompts it shows there are 0 windows files. I bought the computer from JBHIFI, and was not given a start up disc or usb. The computer came with windows 8 already installed. I was wondering how I can go about fixing the problem with no disc or usb. Is the problem able to be sorted out or is the computer gone? I have tried to restart it and use the startup repair however it shows that the computer cannot be fixed using this either.
