Why is this coming up each time I try to log on into my account "The User Profile Service...

I tried to logon into my account then it logged me off saying "The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User Profile cannot be loaded", so i logged on into my guest account. I went on to youtube and followed these directions.

 

1. Reboot system into safe mode

 

2.Go into regedit

 

3. HKEY Local machine

 

4. Software

 

and etc.

 

I went into safe and it prompted me to type in my password again and the same message came up. The person that was on youtube got pass this step. I tried to go on guest, but this time it said "windows could not connect to the sens service. Please consult your system administrator. I am not the administrator account. I would also like to know if I can fix this problem without the power of the administrator? I would also like to know what caused this problem in the first place and how can prevent it from happening again?
