Logging In to Free PC Help Forum Has Changed

Restarted in safe Mode now I just have a blue screen with the power button - help!

I was restarting in Safe mode to perform a virus scan as I have a trojan virus on my computer, when it restarted I was left with a blue screen and the power button. Restarting doesn't fix it and I can't seem to use f8 to change any of the start up settings. If anyone has any suggestions they would be much appreciated!
