Windows (7) Media Player

Hi,

 

 

I've recently had my Dell PC repaired , a Dimension E520. It used to Rip CD's with no problems.... but at the moment upon Ripping Cd's there is no information

 

 

with the albums and they all go into an "Unknown Album" category in no particular or order etc.

 

 

I've tried all the options ,updates and help support information it gives out, to no avail. My Internet is via a Dongle which has been ok most of the time and

 

 

have had them for a year or two now. So I've run out of Ideas at the moment .

 

 

Please Could you Advise.
