Media Player 12 on Windows 7 found half my iTunes album

I have my iTunes library added to my Media Player Library (and NOT vice versa). Media Player is my preferred program for media. I recently bought two albums in iTunes. One of them shows up fine and complete in Media Player. The other one has 15 tracks, and Media Player found tracks 1, 6, 12, 13, 14 and 15, but not the rest. When I look at the files in the iTunes library, all are there and playable. They are all in the same directory, and clearly Media Player found that directory, as it found some of the songs. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on here?
