Help with Windows 8 mail required - error - my email address was unavailable

I have just bought a new Samsung laptop. It came with Windows 8 installed on it and after about 3 weeks, the mail stopped working, it came up with a message that said my email address was unavailable. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting and that doesn't work. I then tried to set up via a Microsoft account, this doesn't seem to work either, I have tried putting the code in that was sent to me, but the process goes round in circles with the same screens. (fortunately I still have my old laptop and the email address works on that).

 

 

Now I can't even get in to the Windows 8 mail, never mind send or receive emails from it.

 

 

Any idea's what's wrong and what I can do to fix it
