Guest Marcus J S Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Hey tech guys, I was trying to install a MacOS on my laptop while it damaged my Partition Table, thank god I rebuilt it without any data loss which is the best from the worst, but the only thing that did NOT get back to normal was the original WinOS, which stuck at the bootscreen both for Win7(starting windows) and Win8, and when tried safe mode both stuck at DISK.SYS. What I attempted to do is listed below according to what I learned from this MSanswer, but failed to make it right. 1 tried fixing this automatically with Windows Installation Media 2 tried bootrec.exe cmdline in WinRE, /fixMBR /fixBoot 3 tried removing DIMMs and reinstalling them 4 tried rebuilding MBR via HDDManager 5 tried the LAST GOOD option in F8 also SFC not performed since there's no data damage/loss to the OS files. As I don't know the real cause for this problem, and I don't wanna reinstall the OS, I'm waiting for a solution that does work this thing out. Please help, I have only one laptop to work with..
