All antimalware updates and sites blocked.

i am running windows 7 and have installed several anti-malware programs on my pc. i am unable to update them, and cannot get to any site that has an anti-malware program. plus, the computer is running much to slow. also, i cannot get some of the anti-virus programs to run.

 

 

i downloaded a couple of other anti-virus programs on another computer, loaded them onto a flash drive and loaded them on the pc. each program -

 

• superantispyware,
  
• microsoft windows malicious software removal tool; and
  
• malwarebytes
  

 

said i didn't have any viruses on the computer, but malwarebytes was unable to download updates, just like the other anti-virus programs already on the pc.

 

 

is there something short or reinstalling windows and all my software that i can do to regain control of my pc?
