Windows Service Disabled automatically when reboot

Hi,

I Develop a WCF application.

I host WCF service using Windows Service (log on as Local System Account) using ServiceInstaller using VB.Net.

All works fine. I have installed in some of customer's machines.

In some machines working fine.

In some machines my windows service changed to disable status automatically when reboot the machine. (even though the machine has no virus scanner software)

In some machines, which has any virus scanner (like Avast,Kaspersky),scanners block my windows service, and need to add exceptions manually.

How to solve the problem?

Need to add any certificates that make my service as trust (like SQL Server, Teamviewer windows services)?

Thanks in Advance
