no administrator account but still windows ask to input admin password

my name is fenil patel

 

I came across a issue with windows 8 i don't know what actually happened . The problem is i had an user with administrator privacy and other two locan privacy . I lost my admin password as how when i changed last time i miss spelled it and logged out . and when tried next time it was wrong but i was abell to access administrator account as i had picture password and out of my mind that other user are local privacy i thought one of those has admin privacy and as an admin account can change password of local i converted my admin account to local and it executed successfully and then all users where local and now i can not make any changes to my PC it ask administrator password with no space to enter the password and now PC is totally locked.

 

please suggest some thing to solve this problam
