One specific program won't print: due to indicated Spooler subserv app problem. What to do? Prints OK from MSWord, but the Memorex CD Label program stalls at that point. Everyone else seems happy. I tried reloading the Label program: no soap. I tried reinstalling the printer: no improvement. The pop-up says something like "Spooler subserv app not working, or missing..."
